Turn on and off the e355

Turn your terminal on to begin setting it up for payments.

Prerequisites

Ensure the device is fully charged before turning it on. See Charge the e355 for instructions.

Turn on the e355

Press and hold until the device turns on .
When the device has turned on successfully, it shows the home screen logo. If you provided us with a logo, the terminal will show your merchant logo. Otherwise, you will see the Adyen logo.

Turn off the e355

Hold for more than five seconds. During this time it will beep repeatedly until it begins to power down.
